Some people love to exercise and some people hate it. It doesn't have to be your favorite thing and it doesn't have to be something that you know you should do but dread terribly. I love exercising because I can see the results and I love looking muscular. For some girl and most guys looking muscular can help your self-confidence and it will make you have more energy!

 Don't get me wrong though, I love to watch YouTube videos and just lay around but I love to go running or do a "Get your abs on fire+get 6 pack abs for girls" tutorial, it just feels good. If you don't like to exercise, why don't you? Is it because you don't like going to the gym? If it's going to the gym then you should go deep down and try to find what you don't like about the gym. I don't like the gym because there are a bunch of guys hogging the weight machines and staring at their biceps. Literally, if you look at one side of the gym that I go to and the other is weights which have ALL guys and treadmills, stair-steppers, bike machines, etc with girls and a few guys. I want to look at my biceps while I lift weights too! The weights and the weight machines are either all taken or I feel a wee bit insecure because I am the only girl and it doesn't look like I have muscles, but I do! If you don't like gyms because you don't have the so-called "perfect" body type well we're twinsies!

 I don't have a 36–24–36 inches body (90-60-90 centimeters). My boobs are small and my thighs make up for it. Is that a bad thing? Well, some would say so but I sure don't and that's the only opinion I care about. So if that is why you don't like going to gyms, you can EASILY do it at home. All you need is a little creativity or a computer. If you just have your brain (but how would you be reading this article if you didn't have a computer or a cellphone?) then you can do 25 reps of all body weight exercises (that means using your own weight and not objects or barbells).

 If you have trouble finding motivation for exercising at home you can listen to some awesome upbeat music or watch your favorite TV show! Now if there are other reasons that you may not want to exercise or if you can't because you have health issues that prevent you from doing so ask your doctor what you can do to get fit!
