The old town tortilla factory
We walked in and the first smell that greeted us was fresh tortillas being carefully put on the grill and then the hostess.

We walked around the corner and were seated by the big warm fireplace and brought the tortilla of the day which was potato and the butter if the day which was sun-dried tomatoes. The potato tortillas were very good and the sun-dried tomato butter tasted like butter, no tomato whatsoever in there. My mom got the tacos with beef, chicken and shrimp with an amazing green sauce, rice and beans. I got the quesadilla with mushrooms, bell peppers, chicken and cheese. I liked my mom's dinner better not only could I do a bunch of different combinations with the 3 proteins it had and the green sauce. If you haven't been to the old town tortilla factory and ordered the exact same thing that my mom did (which is probably most) then her is what the amazing green sauce is... The green sauce is an avocado and cilantro sauce that is as cool as a cucumber but doesn't taste like one. It goes well with everything that was on that we ordered (thankfully we did not order dessert so I could still make this statement) it was good with the chicken, beef, shrimp, my quesadilla, potato tortilla, flour tortilla and the corn tortilla. Think about almost any savory food and the green sauce would be good with it. The service was great and it was a blast watching the tortilla lady rolling out the dough and putting it on the grill.

If you are over the age of 21 and like cocktails than try the Hidden Gem Margarita (I have heard it's really good if you like Chambord). Anyway, this place is great if you like great food, (if you don't what kind of food do you like?) good prices and unlimited tortillas after you order a dish! I hope to come back to Phoenix again and eat here!
