4 things to do in self isolation!
With the coronavirus getting bigger and spreading everyday what is there to do? Self isolate, if you can! Here are 4 things you can do while self isolating!
1. Do a fun dance workout!
If you're not going to the gym or you don't go in the first place (like me), you can always do at home workouts. Not only do you not have to pay for a membership you don't have to worry about a machine being taken or feeling insecure! You can also try doing some yoga if working out isn't your thing! This is a great Yoga channel and pop sugar has some great at home workouts
2. Spend time with the people you love
If you're not all alone and you have family around you take the time to learn more about them and enjoy their company. They could be the reason you get up in the morning. Try not to argue because it's not going to make anything better. I know it may be hard at times but this could be he opportunity for you to get much closer to them.
3. Take a crack at cooking
Make it fun, it doesn't have to be a chore. You can even have cook-offs if there are other people around you. Try something or modify your favorites, google is you friend! I made a vegan linguini alfredo today and it didn't turn out great but it wasn't bad, nothing wrong with some experimenting!
