Life
Some people have weird ways of helping or just talking with people in tough times. We yell, we laugh, we cry, these are all parts of life. Some people don't do it as much as others but we all have ways of expressing ourselves. Sometimes someones voice or even their breathing can really annoy us to the point of screaming at them. We all are incredibly different people but we have one thing in common. We're humans. Humans make mistakes, which is one of the rules of being human. The human body is pretty much perfect except one thing. Our mouth can bite down on our cheek. That is the only "inefficient" thing our whole body does that we have no control of. Human bodies can repair pretty much your whole body or try to. If the inside of your lip starts bleeding from biting down on it, it heals in a couple days. It's not the end of the world. If it is the end of the world be thankful for the time that you've been on it. Even if it's been a couple years or decades. Be thankful. Be thankful for family and people in generally that have influenced you to become who you are today. Everyone feels that they should have said something when they're talking to you or anyone. Their mind thinks it's the right thing to say even if they look back on it and regret it. We can aways look back on all our mistakes. We can learn from them and if it was almost good then just modify your answer to someone or maybe ask them what upset them. Or we can let the mistakes control us and take over our lives. As crazy as that seems you've probably done it without even realizing. Humans are very complicated and I know that neither sex understands the other and women are stereotyped to be complicated or emotional. But so are men, they just show it in different ways or hide it because they think male stereotypes are to not cry. And we're back to where we started. If a girl starts to cry she may stop herself because that's what people think she's going to do. Or she may not feel guilty about crying because she knows for her gender thats okay, it's normal! But it's like saying men can't breath. Not crying can literally break you or you can learn something from it. Everyone is different.
Treat others as you would like to be treated. You may have been brought up in a family that was loving and caring. But when you treat others the way your family taught you to, they think that your mean or rude. You might be confused at first but it's because they were raised differently and they aren't used to being treated that way. Just how you might think that they're to sarcastic, mean, emotional, sad, etc. You might have to change the way you behave around certain people but you might want to think about changing the way you act if it makes you a happier, pleasant person.
Don't let the little things get you down or mad or even all the little things added up. We all make mistakes but the difference is how you go on forward...
